GREEN OLIVES

DIOTERRA Green Olives are harvested before full ripening, they are cured in salt brine using traditional methods to preserve their authentic taste and nutritional value. They contain very few carbohydrates and are a rich source of monounsaturated fatty acids that increase good cholesterol, fiber, vitamins A, E and K.

They have bright green color, crisp texture, and a balanced flavor profile, and are distinguished for their delicate and fruity aroma, their spicy and slightly acidic taste, and the absence of a sense of greasiness. The ratio of flesh to core and their size allow them to be ideal for various fillings and culinary creations: with garlic, almond, carrot, pepper filling are the usual versions of this unique product.
